I have a feeling that the series will end with Jack in prison for life..Hope not

But a new season of prison Break with jack Bauer would be pretty sweet.

When he did the double-tap and shot her a second time, I was reminded of that awesome scene from season two when he tells his daughter to shoot someone while speaking to her on the phone. And after she does, he says, "Shoot him again!" So fucking badass.

Although this season has picked up and I am loving the second half, I'm still sort of pissed that Hastings is gone. The reason for his exit was pretty flimsy, hope he returns.

I too thought it was a grammatical error. "None of us are" sounds more corect to me.

And I think Dana has surpassed the bitchdom of Nina Meyers with this episode.

this season could of been so amazing if they had killed off Renee in the beginning and had Jack go rogue from the get-go

I disagree, at the beginning of the season Jack was happy and looking forward to moving back to LA and spending time w/ Kim and Teri. He hadn't even given Renee a thought until she was called into action and they connected in the 2nd half of the season. Killing her off in the 2nd half of the season worked for the storytelling purposes.

More likely back in exile, like he was at the end of the one season...that gives him a great excuse to be in Europe for the theatrical version, which rumor is where all the action takes place.

Same here, Jack must really have fallen for Renee and gone berserk. That, or he really wanted to hit that.

Anyone here thinks Logan will get his revenge on Jack and it won't be a good ending? Perhaps not have Jack killed but at least arrested as Logan is now pardoned?

he's just sick of getting screwed

he saves the world and they treat him like shit

it always ends the same

would be kinda weak for logan to be the one to take him out, he already failed once

it would be awesome if say chloe gets killed and jack goes on some real murderous shit and kill every damn body

the russians, terry crowley, hell kill pres taylor for being complicit in hiding the russians involvement

kill kill kill

Even though Jack is the only one that's REALLY needed for movies, I think a more plausible scenario would be Jack and Chloe in at least one feature film together. After that, who knows.

Re: Twenty Four (24) -- "11:00am to 12:00pm" -- 05/03/10

I'm in the kill off Chloe camp. Out of the three lead females on the show, I would've been happy with her taking the first bullet. In the end the redneck story was completely unnecessary (aside from establishing that she was Jenny from the block) but they more than redeemed that character in the 2nd half...I'd much rather watch Katee Sackoff than MLR (who I think just looks annoying) on screen. Killing off Renee was a necessary evil for the story to evolve.

second 1/2 of this season has been very good, but Batman needs his Robin. This show is much better when Tony is involved. I hope he's in the movie, in a big way.

I think the Baltimore Orioles could benefit from that killing!

Pure awesome.

Katie Sackoff was a brilliant villain, too bad they ruined her character the first 12 episodes of the season. Unfortunately her death was spoiled to me this morning.

The second half of the season in general has been amazing. The only thing that still has me scratching my head is the normally unflappable Pres. Taylor turning so easily.

I'm sure sending her daughter to jail and the resulting divorce from her husband have weakened POTUS' character ever so slightly.

I thought this was another very solid episode. It's great to see 24 finally get back in track toward the end of this season. I would hate to see this show end on a sour note. It has had so many great moments over its run.

As an editor, I'm required to be a grammar Nazi, so here's my unsolicited input. The correct usage would be "none of us is" because none is the subject and it is always singular. There are a couple other grammar rules that are correct but that sound really funny. For instance, "it is I" or "it was she." I also can never get used to the fact that the word data is plural. It makes a sentence so off.

How dare you refer to D.B. Sweeney as "the guy".

I am likeing what they are doing with her character, cause its just amazing how, Logan has managed to take and basicly play and corrupt Pres Taylor.
I am really thinking that Logan is
Spoiler:
One of the masterminds behind the days events, and is being positioned to turn out to be the final bad guy of season
Its obvious he is up to something more than just trying to restore his public image.
just watching those scenes where he plays her along talking her into following his advice, you cant help but want her to come to her senses and stop before she reaches the point of no return.

Yeah, but they did that with the exact same character. That would be a yawner IMO.
