It's been getting 2+ million, which I think is about what Mad Men gets. As long as FX wants to stay in the original programming biz, this show should be safe.

Was she the same actress in that Seinfeld episode that played the cop who tried to get Jerry to take a polygraph proving he watched Melrose Place? (And, yes, she was hot).

I love Katherine LaNasa. She is just one of those character actresses that when I see her name pop up in the beginning I look forward to seeing her. She sparkles in anything she is in.

No then the you would have network meddling and the dialogue/violence would need to be toned down. At least being a 10pm cable show, it's out of the jurisdiction of the FCC and they have more room creatively.

I just read something interesting. On Wikipedia, it says the Pilot was shot in Pittsburgh, PA, but the rest of the episodes are shot in California. If so, they have done a pretty good job faking Kentucky in California.
