A lot of the stuff listed below has come to pass, but obviously the person spoiling didn't quite understand it all so misinterpreted it. FWIW.

ORIGINAL TIMELINE -Jacob is the mysterious boy -Jacob and MIB are brothers -Jacob is a child in the year 23 AD -Claudia tells MIB she is his mother -Another woman tells Jacob that she killed their mother -young Jacob tells MIB he wants to join another group -Jacob, adult, in 43 AD went to get firewood and returned to find his village burned to the ground

-Hurley agonizes over what the group should do next -MIB is curious about the new arrival to his camp -Michael's spirit appears on the Island -cast and MIB's group meet

-Sayid claims he shot Desmond -Jack, Ben, Kate, Sawyer are at the submarine. Jack, Sawyer, Jin and Sun were all wet -Ilana set off a large explosion at the beach camp to try and reveal something -MIB pushes Desmond into the well -Jack, Kate, Sayid, and Zoe together -Desmond and Claire at Constellation Tower

-Jin is subjected to Room 23 and brainwashed to be on the side of Widmore's group -Kate and Sawyer swim in to shore off the sailboat to go for Jin -Jin hugs a scientist while two others stand in the rear with rifles. Sawyer and Kate were also spotted there -Sawyer and Kate rescue a brainwashed Jin who has joined the side of Widmore -Jack, Kate, Sawyer, Sun, Jin, Claire, Hurley and Lapidus at Hyrda cages -MIB, Jack, Sayid, Claire, and Sawyer are near the Ajira flight -Jack pulled Sawyer out of the ocean -Jack, Sun, Frank, and Hurley ran through the jungle -Sawyer, Claire, and Kate arrived later -Sun and Jin are reunited -cast and Widmore's group have a shootout --Kate is injured -MIB gives Jack a backpack with a bomb to take on the sub -Jack gets on the sub, and bomb explodes, leaving only five alive -Four known characters die

-Jack, Kate, and Hurley are shown wounded

FLASH-SIDEWAYS -Hurley has a picnic with Elizabeth -Claire bumps into Desmond, who tells her to see a lawyer -Jack was at a dentist's office where Bernard worked -Sawyer and Miles were at an emergency room -Benjamin and Jon are in an ambulance -Sun is in an ambulance -Jack is at an attorney's office -Danielle and Alex got in a car with a wounded Ben -Desmond beats up Benjamin in a parking lot -Jack, Kate, Desmond, Hurley, Sawyer, Faraday, and Minkowski are underwater

They are filming at the Richards St. YWCA which stands in for the Santa Rosa Mental Hospital. So does that mean Hurley is still a mental patient at the end?

the ALT Losties will soon come to realize their "former" (quotes used intentionally) lives on the Island.

First of all, Ben has rejoined Smokey, and is fully his bitch now. (Or is he?)

Smokey has given up on the idea of leaving the Island with the Candidates, and is instead determined to destroy the Island. He'll escape via boat, but the remaining Candidates will all drown. And Smokey needs Desmond's help to pull this off.

Sawyer's still alive, and he's not too friendly with Smokey any more — not surprisingly, given the recent double cross.

Sawyer and the other Candidates "ain't candidates any more," Sawyer says. This is news to Smokey — shocking news — and presumably it means that someone's been chosen as the new Jacob by the time the finale rolls around. (Or is Sawyer lying?)

Desmond is no longer down the well — he's been rescued by Bernard and Rose, who are still hiding out with Vincent. They're sticking to their rule of not getting involved in other people's drama, but they made an exception for getting Desmond out of the well.

But when Smokey threatens Bernard and Rose with a painful death, Desmond agrees to go with him and do whatever he wants. Bad move, brotha.
