I thought the first act was fantastic, the second act was really good, but then the third part just fell flat.

Oh I forgot about the monkey scene. Yeah that shit was hilarious.
The tone and plot reminded me of the pee episode, which also used monkeys and had everyone believing a bizarre reason was at play rather than the obvious one.

My thoughts exactly. For me it fell apart after the support group meeting. The stuff with Obama and the 'alien' to me felt like they ran out of ideas so they just went with a routine 'action' climax.

To me it seemed just a retake of the NE Pats episode, where it's OK to lie, cheat, etc, etc, as long as you don't get caught. Been there, done that.
Some of it was funny, but mostly not. The videogame stuff was pretty good- they should have stuck with that theme.

Was the guy with the receding hairline at the meeting Bill O'Reilly or Elliot Spitzer?
I agree with the others who said it fell apart at the end. It was a good episode up until they brought in Obama and "Independence Day." Pretty obvious that they were having fun poking fun at Tiger Woods and "sex addiction," but they didn't have any idea how to finish off the episode, so they went with all of this non-sequitur shit at the end.
That, or they've hired the "Family Guy" manatees...

Michael Jordan has his own history of alleged womanizing that the media never really reported on until his divorce. Not quite at Tiger Woods level, but it sounds like he got around.
