Good episode.

The stuff with Wilson's role when he was younger in a movie that became a porno was hilarious!

And the payoff on why House was reading that inspirational book was pretty good too.

I'll never understand bloggers like that that have to post every aspect of their life. It seems to be more a sickness than anything.

But I thought that was the whole problem with solving her mystery - that she DIDN'T post everything. As per usual, it was the stuff the patient DIDN'T offer that was causing the problem - in this case, the change in bowel movements.

I felt bad for Wilson at the speed dating. I laughed at every woman talking about how they knew someone who had Cancer - and Wilson saying "do you want to talk about it?"

I'm starting to get bored with the whole thing. I know going in that I'm basically going to get the same thing every week but I just don't know if I can take one more House/Wilson conversation near the end of the episode where House figures the whole thing out.
