'Legend of the Seek' Cancelled.
Legend of the Seeker will not be renewed for a third season according to that article.
Kinda sucks, while I've only seen the first season it was a lot more enjoyable than one would think, if you can get past the lackluster pilot.

Re: 'Legend of the Seek' Cancelled.
I only seen a couple episodes, it seemed pretty good, It seemed like it had really good production values for a syndicated show

The show's surprisingly decent as a brought-to-modern "Hercules" style of fantasy serial, but it's been so scattershot with its broadcast times this season that this isn't a big surprise. Episodes would air at random points throughout the weekend (at least at the beginning of the season), from Saturday afternoon to Sunday midday. I like the show, the cast, and the production level, so it's still a shame to hear the news.

Sucks on the news though, I enjoy the show. I hope they're able to wrap up the Keeper storyline.

Damn this sucks. I really enjoyed season 1 and found the story for season 2 to be interesting based on where it was headed (I only watched the first 3 or 4 so far). Hopefully they'll wrap up the season arc and wrap everything.

Damn. I just started watching this show. It's a lot of fun.

So I guess there's no chance now for seasons 1 and 2 on BD? Will season 2 at least get a DVD release?

Too bad. This was a surprisingly good show. I got into the habit of letting them stack up on the DVR but once I watched one it usually turned into a mini-marathon.

I don't know if this actually came from Mike Sussman(Executive Producer) or not but this is what he posted on his twitter account a short time ago....

Hopefully this is true!

I hope that's true. I'd miss this show terribly if it were cancelled.

This blows. It's on at 11pm on Sundays in the DC area. What kind of ratings did they expect in that time slot? Maybe they should've paired it with Smallville instead of showing reruns at 9pm on Friday nights.

It's not a CW show. It's a syndicated show like Hercules, Xena, Star Trek: TNG, Star Trek: DS9, etc.... The local station (regardless of network) decides when and where to run it. In my area it runs on Saturdays at 8 pm on the local station and Sunday afternoon on WGN.
