They haven't announced when season 4 premieres yet, but I would assume June or July.

I am thankful they split it and fill this gap otherwise devoid of good TV!

Intense episode. Plenty of Fi, which is always a good thing.
I also think they killed off Gilroy too soon. There was more to mine in that storyline. |

I think this show errs on the side of killing them off too soon. It leaves us wanting more.
At some point, they do need to break with that tradition and really let us see somebody develop. I'd guess that if this Simon is such a badass he killed Gilroy as described, the finale will just leave us on a cliffhanger, with Simon the problem to be solved in at least the first half of season 4. |

Carlos Bernard was damn good in this episode. They should've made him Simon.
I miss Gilroy already. :( And a far too lame way for a badass like him to go. |
Re: Burn Notice -- "Good Intentions" -- 02/25/10
I don't think we have to worry about them killing off Simon anytime soon. As we all know, you can't kill Terminators.

Re: Burn Notice -- "Good Intentions" -- 02/25/10
Here's the thing. I love Burn Notice. It's the most enjoyable tv I watch, along with Supernatural. That said, I really have no idea what Michael is working towards now. Is he still trying to get unburned? How did Gilroy factor into that? I thought this season was going to be about Micheal's past catching up to him, since he rejected Frasier's dad's offer to bring him in.
I get that Gilroy was a bad guy, and that Weston was working to try and see what his plan was to undue it, but I'm at a loss for how all of this connects into getting unburned, if at all. Show is still awesome though. |
Re: Burn Notice -- "Good Intentions" -- 02/25/10
Didn't Gilroy pretty much come into town, recruit him coercively, and set him on this path? Now Simon seems to be some ultra-dangerous guy from Michael's past like he was warned about.
