Ah...Drive. So much potential and then...canceled. But alas...
Human Target has honestly surprised me. I thought the commercials looked awful before the first episode, but now I thoroughly enjoy this show from week to week. It's the equivalent of a good popcorn movie, and it's entertained me more than the first few episodes of 24 this season.

Human Target "Run" > 24 Day 8 so far
24 is my fav show, but damn...this episode was GREAT. Nonstop action. Great car chases, which has been lacking on 24 since the premiere.
Definitely sticking with this show.

I love this show. It's great that almost every episode has had an action movie director at the helm. It's like watching a series of movies about Christopher Chance than just a TV show.

I'm on board as well. The special effects can be real bad at times, but the action is good and the regular characters aren't bad either. I loved the sequence in the opening scene where she whips the car around and nails that guy.

So, I've only watched the pilot when it aired, and have the rest of the episodes included this in my DVR. I thought the pilot was fine, nothing amazing but I had fun watching it.
Do you really recommend this show? Based on the previous posts I'll guess the answer is yes, but just to be sure.

She had nice boobs.
And boy is Cancer Man looking old! I knew it was him as soon as I heard his voice in the car at the beginning.

While I like the show a lot (this episode was pretty damn good), I am to shake my head at Fox for airing these out of order. Last weeks episode's ending, would have worked much better if this episode (#2 in the production codes) was aired first.
That aside, this show is totally kicking 24's ass in the entertainment department.

Basically it's similar to watching a mini James Bond movie every week.

I'm enjoying this show more and more each week.
Even despite seeing things coming a mile away (on occasion, anyway), "Human Target" proves entertaining each week. I wish I could get my brother to give it another chance (pun not intended).
This makes Wednesdays pretty great; Human Target at 8, Modern Family at 9, Psych at 10. Busiest Wednesday schedule in MANY years, as far as I can remember.

This show continues to please week in and week out! I agree the beginning with the car was great. I was fully expecting her to just back over the guy.
I was unsettled that Chance didn't catch the guy. I was pleased to see they addressed not only the clients concern, but then Chance following up on it as well. Bad as way to deal with the guy too!!

"Run" was fun.
Loved when Guerrero jumped into the car and asked why she wasn't naked. I still think they need to ditch all of the fake hair on his head - it looks distracting.

I thought the first couple of eps were really cheesy and was ready to dump this show. But it's gotten a lot better in the last few eps -- very pleasantly surprised and glad I stuck with it.
Looks like they're making Chance a more mysterious figure -- more in line with the comic?
And while most shows shy away from killing the bad guys, I love how this show has no such qualms. In both last week's and this week's epiodess, the show ended with a baddie getting killed. No loose ends.

Agreed! An often different aspect from other shows that is nonetheless welcome because it seems to lend a bit of legitimacy to the situations.

I too have taken a liking to this show. I think it has the potential to catch on, and with the format being a weekly mini-movie of sorts, it can get new viewers at just about any point.
