Fringe -- "The Bishop Revival" -- 01/28/10

Fringe

Synopsis:

Spoiler:
The Division discovers that the bizarre deaths of guests at a Massachusetts wedding were the result of a test for chemical weaponry, but the investigation also reveals evidence that the case may have genealogical ties to Walter.

1 more episode left after tonight before the show is off until April so FOX can make room for Past Life.

I see Fringe is getting buried to days later viewing. And Thursday wasn't as jam packed as usual.

Another pretty good episode. It's going to suck after next week's winter finale waiting until April.

I'm willing to give Past Life a shot. But, really another supernatural serial drama with a blonde as a lead?

I still love the show, but it has become more and more of an X-Files copy.

One arc episode, a bunch of filler episodes and then the Part 1 finale. I have to say the episodes have been great but ....

More Arc and less filler please.

I thought it was a good ep. We need to know more about the bad guy because clearly some "Fringe shit" was goin' on with him, and I'm not even talking about his experiments.

I thought that this was one of the better stand-alone episodes. I've realized that I view X-Files and Fringe as complete opposites:

X-Files: I love most of the stand-alones and most of the arc episodes bore me
Fringe: I love most of the arc episodes and most of the stand-alones bore me

I'm still really liking this show. I imagine Fox prefers stand-alone episodes so more people can potentially watch and get hooked without being mired down in continuity.

Good show.

But when Walter revealed his true family name, this guy jumped into my head:
