Jack Bauer 2

Synopsis:

Spoiler:
Chloe develops a lead in connection with the assassination attempt, and Jack follows it despite the disapproval of new CTU honcho Brian Hastings (Mykelti Williamson). CTU agents Cole Ortiz (Freddie Prinze Jr.) and Dana Walsh (Katee Sackhoff) wonder who's on the right track.


And of course, the triumphant return of:

Why can't Tooms just assassinate Pres Hassan himself? I'm sure he'll fit thru some 1/2" crack in the wall to get past security.

Really looking forwards to how Jack and Renee will interact and if they eventually hook up. It's pretty safe to say that Renee was universally loved last season and that everyone would welcome her with open arms as worthy to be Jack's new love interest. She was by far the best female character in 24 since Michelle, and quite possibly better as well.\

I do hope to see Tony again, and his organization.

He mentioned on his official site that he's shooting a movie right now and was not available to shoot any episodes. Considering they are about 75-80% done shooting season 8, he said it's very unlikely he will appear this season.

Remember:

24 is on from 8pm to 10pm tonight. Not 9pm to 11pm like last night. House returns next week at 8pm and 24 will move back to 9pm.

Oh come on, he's actually been pretty good in this. He listens to Jack and puts his life on the line, so that automatically makes him better than at least 90% of the people working at CTU.

That was great. Cole showed some real guts there.

I'm finding myself wondering what this season's storyline would be if Eastern Promises hadn't been made. Not a dis - I'm enjoying it nonetheless.
