ABC Orders 'Bachelor' Spin-Off, 'Bachelor Pad'

Get ready for a real war of the roses.
According to the Hollywood Reporter, ABC has ordered a spin-off of the hit reality series 'The Bachelor.'
Aptly titled 'Bachelor Pad,' the series will put 20 all-stars from past 'Bachelor' and 'Bachelorette' seasons into the same house -- er, pad -- where they will compete in various challenges. Each episode will conclude with evictions, a la 'Big Brother.'
Seven episodes of the series have been ordered, with Chris Harrison on board to host. Currently, the show is expected to launch towards the end of summer 2010, following next season of 'The Bachelorette.'
So far, no casting details have been released. But just in case ABC is listening, here are a few suggestions of our own:
Rozlyn Papa
Rozlyn, who last night was eliminated for allegedly sleeping with a show staffer, could use a platform like this to save face. Her biggest challenge: staying away from the producers.
Jason Mesnick, Melissa Rycroft and Molly Malaney
Melissa, still hurt from getting dumped by Jason on national television, gets the ultimate revenge when she votes out Jason and Molly in a live double elimination.
Bryan Velvick and Mary Delgado
ABC could score a major casting coup here, with Bryan and Mary using challenges and teamwork to fix their tumultuous and highly-publicized relationship. Think of it as 'The Amazing Race' meets 'Celebrity Rehab.'
Reid Rosenthal
Say what you will, readers (you have). Reid totally should have been this season's 'Bachelor' (if only to save us from those awful pilot puns) -- not to mention Jillian Harris' pick last season. We think ABC owes him another chance on TV, even if it's not ultimately for love.
Shayne Lamas
As she's already proven on the trainwreck reality series 'Leave it to Lamas,' Shayne knows how to cause her fair share of drama. See for yourself:
Jenni Croft
Poor Jenni got screwed over twice by 'The Bachelor': First, Brad dumped her during the finale. Then, ABC picked fellow-loser DeAnna Pappas to be the next 'Bachelorette' instead. Third time's the charm?
Wes Hayden
Every reality show needs a villain, and who better to fill that role than the lying, manipulative and already-taken Wes? We'd love to see him cause more drama this season -- just as long as he doesn't pull out his guitar.
Trista Sutter
Trista is one of the only contestants to actually find love on the show (she's since married winner Ryan Sutter). That alone is reason enough to secure a spot on the show -- although, with so many scorned lovers in one house, she'd probably get the boot first.

They may be stealing it from Vh1, but count me in, this will be perfect to watch along with Big Brother in the summer.
