I like the prospect of the practical joke, that could be really awesome, especially with 13 getting back at Foreman.
Good guest casting too, Chunlund and Embry are both pretty good character actors IMO.

I thought the best part was the "pretend to be gay" for the milf-y neighbor stuff. Everything House did to look gay was hilarious!
And I liked the team pulling a joke on Foreman on the salaries. But the Foreman turning the tables on the rest of the team twist was a bit too much, I think.
And good use of Funkadelic's "Brain Maggot" to match up to the final scenes - I thought it fit perfectly.

House/Wilson were the best subplot in this episode, the rest was just felt like filler. Good to see Sasha Alexander again.

Loved the House/Wilson stuff too. Also thought the ending montage was very well done. Foreman turning the tables was too predictable and not that funny.

Loved the House / Wilson being gay sub plot !!
I was @ house opening up that huge picture of Chorus Line, and 2 grown men over 30 living together.

Loved the House/Wilson stuff especially the proposal at the restraunt. The rest of the stuff was pretty mediocre. The writing was weak. The survellience of the drug dealer and that scene with Thirteen pretending to be a prostitute were laughable. Loved "Brain Maggot" at the end too.

This wasn't a great episode. The House/Wilson storyline was the best, but still a bit thin. The Foreman storyline was just weak and really felt like filler. The main storyline was OK if a bit by the numbers, but the patented House eureaka moment went right over my head. I didn't get what made him figure out it was a terminal disease.

You didn't miss anything, they really stretched for this one. House was saying that Wilson looks like a Boy Scout but is really something else, which made House realize that the aneurysms made it look like fungus but it was really something else (Hughes-Stovin).

Hilarious stuff in this episode.
Literally fell out of my chair laughing when Wilson "proposed" to House. Great choice casting Sasha Alexander as the sexy neighbor. House acting gay after seeing the Chorus Line poster also had me laughing too.
I loved House's line to Chase...."Did you lose your hair in the divorce?" The practical joke on Foreman was pretty good too.

Fantastic episode. Loved the gay plot line. The marriage proposal was brilliant.
