The Bachelor "On The Wings of Love"

I don't know how many people here will be interested, but tonight is the season premiere with Jake from last summer's Bachelorette. Tonight is the first season to be seen in HD. I always enjoying watching for the crazy hot women.

The promo has been hilarious...
Spoiler:
.....suggesting some lesbian action.

Jake is going to lose his mind if that's the case. Wonder how long it'll take for him to cry for the camera.

I was laughing when the one girl told him she would love to be a passenger on his plane. How lame!

How bout the girl who said, "jake, you can land on my landing strip anytime" HAHAHAHA

Re: The Bachelor "On The Wings of Love"

The girls are a lot more attractive than usual. Usually maybe 25% of them are really attractive and this year it is well above 50%. Also, the usual air of skankness and desperation doesn't seem as high. That said, I thought he sent 2 of the best looking ones home.

Is it me, or is Jake a boob man?

Re: The Bachelor "On The Wings of Love"

I'm not sure what Jake is but I have a couple of questions:

1) Why does a guy who seem to have everything (ie great job, good looking, intelligent, sensitive, owns a house, builds furniture, etc) need to do a show like this??

2) Why does he cry so much?

3) Who taught that guy to throw a football??? I mean, come on!

The same reason most of the girls are on there - to be on TV. And, he probably gets a decent chunk of money.

Can't believe Gillian is still with smarmy Ed. Blech!

Re: The Bachelor "On The Wings of Love"

I was unwillingly wrangled into watching this with my gf, never seen anything involving this series before. It's lame, but it's also a great social experiment, watching all these women fight so pathetically for a guy. That one chick, from Anaheim, the last one he kept, was a fucking psycho.

Re: The Bachelor "On The Wings of Love"

There must be an unwritten rule or its just fixed, that he kept that psycho Michelle from Anaheim. Also the hairstylist already saying Jake would be her husband, and a father to her kid. Tons of crazy hot women, there will be plenty of good material for "The Soup" and "The Dish".

I was sort of surprised by some of the remaining 15 he picked when he let go about 3-4 that should have made the cut.

I can't believe they still do this show. Not one lasting relationship, let alone marriage, has come out of it.

I think Krista(sp) and Ryan are still married with a kid.

I liked this one too:

and this one:

Didn't care for Ella, Kathryn, Valishia or Michelle.

Technically, that was "The Bachelorette".

Re: The Bachelor "On The Wings of Love"

Oh, are all the bachelors douches? Pretty much. We mainly watch in hopes they cast hot suitable "mates" for these douches and then see what it takes to get these douches to cry on camera.

Contestant Rozlyn Papa will be kicked off the show on the Jan 11th episode for an "innapropriate relationship" with one of its producers.

This sucks she was one of my favorites.

I don't think that's the point.

I'm calling Ali at the end with a ring on her finger.

I liked her pretty much from the get go.

The ousted chick's reaction to the host tonight cracked me up.

That was all kinds of awesome. She's on a nationally-aired TV dating show and her best defense is, "I don't think my personal life is anyone's business." I'm pretty sure that's an exact quote.

Re: The Bachelor "On The Wings of Love"

From what I read online, Rozlyn having to leave, and her "Innappropriate Realtionship with a producer" was a lie, because they didn't want to reveal she has a 7 year old son.
