Re: Survivor: Samoa - 12/03/09
Shambo is such a stinking idiot, but I'm so glad she's in this making it interesting. Poor girl.
I don't know if Russell will win, but what he's done with flipping the balance is nothing short of amazing. Foa Foa came into the merge with 4 people to Galu's 8. It is unbelievable that Russell has basically masterminded and manipulated 4 straight Galu exits with another likely next week, and he's got Shambo (who most everyone hates) in his pocket to take with him to the finals. Like him or not, he called his puppeteering skills at the very beginnning and so far he has delivered. |

Between the shower porn and Shambo's nightmare sequence, you can tell the editor's had a blast with this one.
And it must be their mission at this point to leave no trace of Brett ever having been on Survivor. |
Re: Survivor: Samoa - 12/03/09
I loved watching John's expression as each vote for him was read. He looked very much like this:
:jawdrop: |
Re: Survivor: Samoa - 12/03/09
At least John has the distinction of making the greatest decision in Survivor history by graciously stepping aside and allowing Natalie to take the shower.
And I wasn't clear on the whole pie deal. If he chose to divvy up the whole pie did that then mean that he wouldn't get any? And I loved the look on Jeff's face as Shambo digged into her sea slug delight. |

5 minutes of access to the video monitor showing the live feed from the hidden "shower-cam". -popcorn- |

I wonder what was up with John putting Mick's name down. Maybe just so he could say he never voted for Dave I guess.

Re: Survivor: Samoa - 12/03/09
Forget about is Russell is going to win or not. Has anyone on this show ever had as big a fucking blast playing as he has?
He walked in the door calling himself the puppet master and then proceeds to coordinate EVERY ELIMINATION with the exception of the Galu before the Merge and the first one after...and even for that one he pulled out one of his THREE IDOLS |

Again, if Russell makes it to the final 2/3 he will win. There's no reason to start counting votes now, because it really doesn't matter.

Re: Survivor: Samoa - 12/03/09
Russell said at the beginning that he's not in it for the money anyway. I think keeping everyone else from winning by getting them voted off is reward enough for him. This has definitely turned out to be one of the most entertaining seasons.

Re: Survivor: Samoa - 12/03/09
I think, other than John, most likely Russell won't get any jury votes unless it's a F2 with Shambo.
Like John has said, these people are NOT strategic thinkers. I'd bet the farm they vote anyone Galu over Foa Foa unless the Shambo is the Galu member. John is the only exception that might vote based on game play. And I was kinda rooting for John! At least now I'll get to see what he looks like cleaned up! |

So how did the chicken turn out?

Yeah, I wanted to know that too. A few people in the comment section of Jeff's blog asked the very same thing and he replied with this The SOUP – I am sorry to tell you that I have no idea how it tasted. I don’t watch footage, I never asked, I never knew it was even a topic of conversation on the beach. I’m guessing it tasted about as you would expect… Guess we will have to wait until the reunion show to find out. |

I don't understand the risk Foa took in taking out John this week. I guess it worked out... So far

I woud love to here the rationale these Galu have at the reunion for throwing there game down the crapper when they had an 8-4 advantage. It was simple . All they had to do was vote out the 4 Foa Foa's then implode on 1 another. |
