With Becca visiting Karen in New York, Hank hosts his old Long Island buddy (Kevin Corrigan) at the apartment. The two hit the town for a decadent weekend that includes a posh party at Sue Collini's, where they meet her off-the-wall husband, Dickie (Stephen Root). Later, Hank and his comely pupil Jackie have an interesting encounter; Becca returns with a traveling companion; and Charlie and Marcy once again become strange bedfellows.
