Surprised there hasn't already been a topic on this specific episode.
"Larry resists Jeff's suggestion to do a Seinfeld reunion special--until he figures out a compelling personal reason to do so. "

Another really good episode. Maybe not as laugh out loud as last week but still solid overall. Season is three for three so far in my opinion. Great to see all the cast members again and especially liked the tip argument with Jason and Larry.

The lunch with Jason and Larry was surreal, and Jason calling George all those names, schmuck, jerk, and watchong larry react was great.
Larry telly Julia that a story could have her cutting a dolls hair and the little girl thinking it would grow back.
I was thinking, didn't they already do that before it took me a minute to realize that was on Curb and I was waiting for Julia to say didn't you already do that on your show.
My head almost imploded.

Great Episode! It is the best way to do a 'reunion show' without actually doing a reunion show.
I still like Jason talking about how bad the Seinfeld Finale was, "Well, we ended on a bad note, now can end on a good note." And Larry getting all defensive, "Bad note? We ended on a good note, and end again on a good note."
I think the way the season will play out is that the Seinfeld reunion will end up being a disaster, and they will nix it the last minute. So in the end, there will never be a Seinfeld Reunion for the public, just Curb Your Enthusiasm Fans

I can't believe Larry didn't do the eye stare with Julia's daughter! They set it up but didn't do it.
And when was Larry unbanned from Jeff's house?
Cheryl Hines is looking pretty damn good in HD. :cougar:

It was a good episode but was not on par with the previous two. I did like the Natalie Wood bit and the way Larry reacted to Jason's critiques. Benefit of the doubt goes to having to introduce the gang without being too cute.

I'm surprised they did the thing with Jason lacing into George Costanza again. It played out almost exactly like it did in Season two or whenever it was that Larry began pitching a show about Jason getting typecast.

I always thought it was a running joke that Suzie forgives Larry after every episode, no matter how pissed off she is at him. She cold tell him to eat shit and die one episode, and at the start of the next they are friends again. .
I LOL'ed at the "You told the head of NBC to go fuck himself"? line

My uncle saw Cheryl Hines some place and said she was more gorgeous in person. I'm not personally attracted to her though. She kind of has a pig nose.

How about the fakeout with the end music before Larry stops and decides to flip the coin?
Also, what kind of coin wa sit? Much too big to be a quarter? I'm sure regular coins don't read well on camera but it looked like a half-dollar or something.

Great episode although I'm a bit disappointed they didn't address the outburst.
I wonder if it would've worked better if the naked photographs on the wall of the restaurant were of black nudes.
So far this season is three for three for me, and the level of awkwardness has not been uncomfortable or unbelievable.
I loved the end of the scene going directly to "You told the head of NBC to go fuck himself?"

I agree - this is the best way to do a reunion show without actually doing it. I liked seeing Seinfeld's apartment updated with new appliances etc.

Loved the episode. I completely sided with Larry about the tip. I really hope they get rid of Meg Ryan ASAP... Cheryl is way hotter.
One thing that did confuse me... who cares if he told off NBC? NBC wasn't a production company on Seinfeld... they just aired the show. Couldn't Larry have threatened to take the idea to ABC or something? I can't remember what other networks he pissed off in the Curb world when pitching a show for Julia that one season. Although with this ending Larry did get his favorite full circle.
