Michael Irvin was funny, but not a good dancer.
Tom Delay might have had a few drinks before hitting the dance floor. Aaron Carter dances out of control so far, but has potential Mark Dacascos is a little stiff in musicality, but also has potential Donny Osmond has a lot of showmanship, but needs to get the basics down. Ashley Hamilton is like a younger, taller Lorenzo Lamas with a goofier streak and no dance pizzazz. Louie Vito has youth and coordination on his side, but can he quit smiling so much? Chuck Liddell left no discernible impression on me. Not a disaster, but not all that entertaining, either. |

Karina should be around for plenty of weeks this season. :thumbsup:
Should be able to zip right through tonight's since the female pros aren't dancing. Just have to watch Joanna and Kathy. |

I liked the Dance Relay at the end...
... but hated the fact that Cheryl won't be around long. She looked quite un-enthused during the rehearsal clips. |

Cheryl had a total "oh shit" face when Tom Delay first walked in the door. I'm just shocked they weren't the lowest scorers of the evening.
I'm gonna miss her this season but you know that she knows she's out when she sports the longer hair. Whenever she's in it for the long haul, she keeps her hair short and will ocassionally pull out some extensions if it goes with the wardrobe. When she leaves her own hair long is because she knows she doesn't have to put in much effort as her partner wont go far. It seems defeatist but it also makes her a realist. Tom Delay just simply cannot move no matter how much effort he's willing to put into the dances. |

Ashley Hamilton should go first. Didn't dance good, and had no personality.
If not him it should be one of these two: Chuck Lidell was terrible, but he was funny to watch in the second dance so that buys him a week from me. He's so musclebound he can barely move. Tom Delay is just horrifying so he can go anytime too and that'll be fine with me. |

Apparently some celebs can make a request and the producers will make it happen. DeLay wanted Cheryl, -or perhaps it was more the wish of one of his daughters, -because they think she's the best. Obviously, the producers wanted to coax him because it got them a lot of free publicity.

What's funny is that I never heard of Tom Delay until he was cast. :lol: And I feel sorry for poor Cheryl. :(

Cheryl does not look happy to be there. I've never seen someone so unhappy about being put through to the next round.
