not a very good episode this week... the whole thing seemed a bit "off" to me.
...and such a waste of a role for the kickass Col Tigh too.
hope they knock it out of the park for next weeks season finale.

Caught this tonight.
The episode was alright. It had some moments and it was good to see Claudia actually out in the field. Although I had to laugh at how fast she got to the Bering bookstore in Colorado from the Warehouse in South Dakota. It was also nice to see Myka's family. Although, I do agree that coming off playing such an angry hardass on BSG, Michael Hogan's role here felt like a waste.
Hopefully season 1 goes out in style. This was an enjoyable show to fill the time during the summer. I actually like it as 13 episodes. I hope the Execs at SyFy don't get greedy and do an extension like they did w/ Eureka and BSG and draw out the season next year.

I'm still trying to figure out why the lamp is called the "Jack the Ripper Lamp?"
It freezes the victim in time so did Jack the Ripper point at possible witnesses?
Because if he used on victims, people no in the light can still see what's going on.
I just don't know.
