Re: Big Brother 11 Season Discussion Thread
Are they told that they HAVE to sleep in the punishment room? What if they just napped on the couch or starting hooking up with someone in their bed?
|
Re: Big Brother 11 Season Discussion Thread
Supposedly they can't sleep on the couches, BB tells them to stop napping/sleeping when they nod off on the couches. They probably make an exception if they are hooking up with someone else, though. :)

Re: Big Brother 11 Season Discussion Thread
I would have rather seen Chima go, but Braden did deserve to go for what he called Kevin. Since they didn't show it on the show, he started calling him "beaner" during that outdoor confrontation.
He was right about Lydia though; she is a skank. Later in the week, she gave Jessie a BJ in the HOH room. And she did sell out her friends in the house, and given that Ronnie won't want to pick a side this week I would not be at all surprised to see her on the block again. As for Ronnie controlling Michele's vote....give me a break. The swing started to happen early Wednesday morning when Chima attacked Michele for no reason. Since she liked Braden more and was only keeping Chima because of the clicks that was enough to change her mind and start working for the other side, and that's what would have swung the whole thing if Ronnie wasn't overplaying. Ronnie has been trying to set up this tie vote thing for a while, and it might have been a good play if he wasn't so obvious about. I'm sure he'll try to blame it on Casey, and since he's HOH he'll have the power to back that up. Casey screwed up in the HOH competition. He should have eliminated Ronnie instead of Jeff. Jeff would have thrown it when it got to the end to make the athletes eligible for nomination. |

By winning, his cards will be shown and he will be forced to take a side, putting himself up for trouble next week. If he'd let his teammate win, she'd have taken the heat and he'd have enjoyed the ride. |

Re: Big Brother 11 Season Discussion Thread
Ronnie should have voted out Queen Of Chima. Know the others 4 will not he didn't vote with them.
I would love to see Russell and Jesse on the block against each other Should be interesting PS I think Laura is a lot smarter than people might think. |
Re: Big Brother 11 Season Discussion Thread
It's a shame Ronnie won the HoH, because you know he doesn't have the sack to go after Jessie/Russell/Natalie because of the supposed alliance he made w/ the Athletes last week. He'll bitch out and nominate Jeff and somebody else.
Casey should have given Ronnie the boot instead of Jeff - Jeff would have thrown it at the end so they could go after his clique. |
Re: Big Brother 11 Season Discussion Thread
I am pissed after last night, since when is Beaner considered a racist word. Braeden had every right to be pissed at Lydia, she had the votes to stay if she would have stayed on the block. Big Brother might as well end this clique thing because the lines have been drawn. Ronnie sealed the deaths in house of Jeff, Laura, Casey, and Jordan with his vote last night. Unless he has the balls to put up Jessie and Russel together this week, I might be throwing in the towel on this season.

Ronnie may need all his championship persuasion skills ... once his lies get outed. |

Re: Big Brother 11 Season Discussion Thread
It looks like I may have been wrong about this season and the so-called twist. From what I've seen so far, this season is going to explode with mulitple personalities going postal at different times.
You basically have the different cliques, but multiple people in each clique don't like people in their own clique, so they are aligning with other people in other cliques. Right now there are 2 major groups in the house with people from different cliques, plus a few people who are jumping back and forth between the 2 major groups. It should make for a very interesting season. Sunday nights episode should be a doozy! Chris |
Re: Big Brother 11 Season Discussion Thread
Much ado about...
Beaner, come on. What a joke. Racist, I don't think he is at all. He was in the heat of the moment and had two idiots yelling at him. He said something offensive, and they left. Besides, you have a huge comedian using the word to excess and he isn't Mexican himself, he's of German/Honduran descent (that fake Carlos Mencia). |
Re: Big Brother 11 Season Discussion Thread
I agree that Braden had every right to be mad at Lydia. He didn't do anything to deserve what she did to him in the game. He was on her side. Lydia also played the whole victim thing to the hilt after that confrontation, exaggerating and amplifying what Braden actually said.
And while Kevin did stick his nose in the argument I don't think there is any excuse for what Braden called him (and it had malicious intent). Kevin truly didn't do anything but try to stick up for Lydia (she deserved a lot of it, but Kevin doesn't really know this). Kevin had every right to be pissed at Braden. Chima on the other hand is just a drama queen. As for pics/vid of Jessie/Lydia...eew. Actually they pitched a tent on the bed so you didn't see anything. Jordan on the other hand is a pretty big exhibitionist, and there are plenty of pictures of her floating around. She's not the brightest girl, but she has a great spirit to her. |

Re: Big Brother 11 Season Discussion Thread
Has anyone else noticed that, despite the prefabricated alliances of Brain, Athlete, etc, that the house has pretty much divided along racial lines?
The two major groups are, basically, Caucasians vs. non-Caucasians? On one side, we have Michelle, Casey, Jordan, Laura, Braden, and Jeff, who are all white. (Not sure about Braden, though he's accused of being racist for calling someone a "Beaner," and I haven't read anything about Laura's ethnicity.) And on the other, we have Chyma, Jessie, Russell, Natalie, Lydia, Kevin, and Ronnie? Ronnie is the only one in that group who is ostensibly "white." (I've read that Jessie is of Hispanic descent, and on "After Dark" Lydia described herself as a Mexican who failed Spanish in high school.) |

Wow I never knew the house was so diverse!
 |
Re: Big Brother 11 Season Discussion Thread
Now I know how everyone feels here who thought Evil dick was a bully in season 8, if the rumors that CBS has interfered with votes in past seasons is true. I really hope they find a way to do something this season, because if the power doesn't shift some how soon in this house. The season might as well be over, no point in watching Jordan, Jeff, Michelle, Casey, and Laura become sitting ducks. I don't think i have ever seen a season get this ugly so quick.

Re: Big Brother 11 Season Discussion Thread
It's strange. I'm watching the show and following what's going on, but I find that I'm less interested in this season than in any other I can think of. I'm just not caring about anyone in there. At this point it's like - Here's the big-mouthed girl, the guy who lies to everybody, the old guy, the girl with the big tatas, the gay guy, the girl who flashes the camera, a couple of crazy jocks and, well, Jessie.
Eh, I'll keep watching but it's not high on my list of priorities. |
Re: Big Brother 11 Season Discussion Thread
Has there ever been a more token housemate than Kevin? The guy has absolutely no personality and is easily the most boring person in the house (if not the state of California). I'm sure anyone watching AD can attest to this. There is absolutely zero chance that he would have made it into the house if he wasn't gay.
