I would think that Paul Shaffer and Max Weinberg would be different than generic band members, since they are routinely have banter back and forth with the host, most of which is probably scripted.

I think BBC America would rightly be considered an American station, but it is British-owned and British-operated and I think it contains exclusively British programming, so someone could make somewhat of an argument the other way. Never heard of it being over the air though.
Also, some day when I'm horribly bored at work, I'm going to have to go through all the Sheep games I've been in and find someone I always have a close score to. Since I'm never going to win one out and out, I need a nemesis to root against. |
