I probably still would have gone with Jack Paar, but if the question was to name someone who has guest-hosted a late-night talk show, maybe Regis.

If it was clear they didn't I would have picked Zach Galifianakis.

I would have went with Katie Couric for her one off as the Tonight Show host when she traded with Leno.

Actually, I almost put that myself - since I knew most of the actors from the show. If that's what they both put verbatim, no problem.

However under the "if I can figure out what you MEANT" precedent, one would think it should be a match to Bill McNeil.

what was the ruling regarding "Phil Hartman's Character" counting but Phil Hartman not?

It was a sheep question. No one else answered Phil Hartman and Tracer took a literal interpretation of the answer so it was worth nothing, while "Phil Hartman's character" was only worth 2 because there are only two of us shmucks who couldn't remember the character's name.

You guys are lucky this wasn't reverse sheep. He's not a staff member.

My reverse sheep answer would be:

This thread has inspired me to order News Radio on DVD. For some reason, I never watched it regularly when t was on the air. I think I've only ever seen 2 or 3 episodes.

For what it's worth, I thought it said name a television show that was based on a video game, not the other way around. That's why I put The Legend Of Zelda. Still, I'll keep my Dunce Hat on for misreading the question.
