Cheers--Ma Clavin. At the beginning of every show Ma Clavin would say-Clifford Clavin-This is your mother talking too you!!! Smallville-Lois and Lana-Lesbian Lovers Gee maybe Lois would show up for every episode instead of hit and miss.

The Shield: Dutch and Billings
Newsradio: New Hampshire Newspaper show (yes, it was supposed to be a continuation of the same show -- I'm still counting it)

Broken record by now, but I would have really liked to have seen "Buffy: The Animated Series" or "Faith the Vampire Slayer" take off...

Any kind of Buffy spin-off, be it Faith or Giles centered.
Or GOB Bluth and Franklin would be amazing...

Definitely. We need to see what happened to the current Bob.
I don't know if it's as much of a spin off as a sequel, though. But if that counts as a spin off, then I would say I would like to see a "next generation" type thing done with Space 1999.

Would love to see a spin-off from Pushing Daisies of a comedy/mystery series featuring Chi McBride and Kristen Chenoweth - the one episode where they worked together solving a mystery was terrific. Could call it OLIVE & COD ..... or EMERSON & SNOOK ....

yeah the main thing that comes to mind is a show focused on Dutch.
Also selfishly there's a ton of characters from the Wire I'd like more time with.
- show focused on Bunk
- Barksdale crew the early days
- Michael and Dukie's stories could be continued, and could add the other kids too

I think one of the beautiful things about The Wire was that, with such a shifting ensemble cast, we never got tired of any of the characters. So while I certainly think that Omar was one of the greatest characters in the history of TV, a show, even a movie, based on him as the focus could easily be tiresome.

A spinoff of Gilmore Girls featuring Paris and Mrs. Kim roaming the country in a van solving mysteries.

Star Trek: Q
Each week we'd get to see Q harass another alien race, meddle with the space-time continuum, or change the gravitational constant of the universe -- while periodically popping back in to annoy Picard and Riker.

I'd love to see a spin-off that shows what hppened to the characters from the 4077 after M*A*S*H ended. Maybe focus on the secondary characters to give the show a different focus.
I think Matt LeBlanc's character from Friends could carry his own series. I'd love to see them spin that off.
George Lucas did a TV series about a boy growing up around the turn of the century and interacting with all sorts of historical people and events. During one episode, they flashed forward to the adult version of the character, and I'd love to see more stories about that adult version. They might work better as a series of movies instead of a TV show.
