24: Least Favorite President?
I think this is the more compelling argument. As much as I hated Logan and don't think any President in history would or could resemble him, i did think he seemed Presidential and could sit in the office based soley on the way he carries himself.
i think the current season's Taylor seemed the least comfortable in the role. she just didn't seem to have the gravitas most others have and no, it's not because she is female. i think it has more to do with Cherry jones as an actress playing her. just didn't do it for me all season at all.
so who was your least favorite and why?

Wayne Palmer, easily. I liked him as his brother's advisor but he just never seemed Presidential... probably had a lot to do with his age -- yes, I know you technically only have to be 35 and D.B. Woodside had just made the cut when they filmed that season, but he lacked that gravitas.

Wayne Palmer... hands down.
No self respecting World Leader in this day and age would sport a goatee.
That and he seemed like sloppy seconds when compared to his brother.

This is interesting. I'm not going to count the Presidents that only had an episode or two of screen time.
I like Taylor so far.
Noah Daniels always seemed too overtly creepy as a President to me. I can understand living in a grey area on a show like "24," but he seemed to wear it on his sleeve.
I'd probably go with Wayne. His ascension to the Presidency seemed contrived, but worse than that, he just didn't fit the role. Like others have mentioned, he was missing the command and presence of being President.
I would argue--though maybe I'm reaching here--that that may have been the point. The guy was living in his brother's shadow. He saw how his brother dealt with crisis and maybe he thought he could never live up to the legacy that David left.
Again, maybe a reach, but it's something I always thought about, especially during a brief moment in season six when Wayne stares at a photo of his brother.

I really like Wayne Palmer in Seasons 3 and 5, but I voted for him because he was not a good president, and in the end I can't remember him making one good or memorable decision.
And he could never live up to his brother.

Taylor, no doubt. While I didn't like how Wayne supposedly became president, I couldn't stand Taylor. All the crying and hand-wringing--no thanks. Plus I had to keep hearing "the first gentleman."

Wayne Palmer, easily. Hell, even the writers hated that character. The fact that they brought Daniels back for Redemption and never even mentioned Wayne again shows you how much they disliked him as President.

Wayne sucked ass. DB Woodside is a lousy actor.

I'm glad 21 other people agree with me that Wayne Palmer as president sucked. I'm ok with the character, but he should have never been president. {One of many WTF? moments in Season 6}

Re: 24: Least Favorite President?
When were these presidents in 24:
James Prescott
John Keeler
Hal Gardner
I only know of the Palmer brothers, Logan, Daniels and Taylor. Where did the other 3 come from?

Acting President Jim Prescott, (2006) (Season 2 and 24: Game), (became Acting President due after removing Palmer by a cabinet vote, and soon after as Palmer was injured in an assassination attempt)
President John Keeler, (2009-2010), (Season 4), (served for 1 year, 2 months. Removed via the 25th Amendment after he is seriously injured when Air Force One crashes)
President Hal Gardner, (2012-2013), (between Season 5 and Season 6) (served for 1 year, 4 months. Served out the remainder of the term started by Keeler and continued by Logan. He is either defeated in the election by Wayne Palmer or chose not to run.)

Yes, I didn't believe for a second that he would have been voted in. He didn't seem to have the confidence or stance of a commander-in-chief in anyone's eyes. Geez, he looked like he was in his 20s, LOL!

Re: 24: Least Favorite President?
Looking at the list, I think that being President in the 24 universe is about as undesirable a job as being the head of CTU! 8 presidents in the space of what, 12 years or so?

Re: 24: Least Favorite President?
Aside from research done on the Internet, do they ever mention what year it is on the show? To tell you the truth, i'm a casual fan, and before I read about the year thing here, I really thought they were stupid enough to cast a new president every year
Also, everybody ages very well!
