I don't necessarily care for his character on the show, but the actor did earn some good will from "Band of Brothers".

i really thought something was up during the scene where the phone turned red in the office and it looked like those people were different or doing something different, even Charlie current status was slightly different
gonna have to rewatch now that some time has went by

Alternate Charlie definitely had a scar on his face.
I find the Len Bias MVP headline a little silly as was mentioned before. He had a 23 year playing career and is still winning MVPs!! Maybe in the alternate universe he's Barry Bonds.

Yeah that was pretty silly. He would have been 45 if he were still alive today. It's very rare for an NBA player to keep playing into their 40's and when they do it's almost always a big man.

I think it's a shame that they let Kirk Acevedo's go!

'Fringe' recruits Meghan Markle
By Rick Porter
June 24, 2009 8:09 AM
Actress and former "Deal or No Deal" model Meghan Markle is joining the cast of "Fringe" next season.
Markle, who has guested on "90210" and a number of other shows, will have a recurring part on the FOX sci-fi series, according to The Hollywood Reporter. She'll be playing a young FBI agent who's described as "attractive, brash and quick-witted."
See pics of 'Fringe' star Anna Torv
That description sounds an awful lot like the one for the character who's replacing Kirk Acevedo's Charlie Francis. Acevedo was let go from the show at the end of the season, reportedly because the show wanted to focus on the core group of Olivia Dunham (Anna Torv), Peter Bishop (Joshua Jackson) and Walter Bishop (John Noble).
Having another FBI agent as only a recurring character would seem to help that goal.
Markle had a recurring part on "90210" last season as a West Beverly student named Wendy. She has also appeared on "Without a Trace," "Knight Rider" and "CSI: NY." She was a briefcase model on "Deal or No Deal" until early 2007

TitanTV shows Fox airing the last two episodes of last season on Spetember 3 and 10 at 9PM Eastern, if anyone needs a refresher prior to the 9/17 premiere.
This episode is 9/10.

I'm not sure why they needed to ruin it by putting the dude on there.

Did anyone re-watch this and the previous episode when they re-aired? They did this nifty thing called a "tweet-peat" where some of the writers, Josh Jackson and John Noble responded to fans tweeting them in real time during the episodes. They said the finale was supposed to have it too. (Though I've since read it flopped horribly.)
The most curious little tidbit I learned was that the images shown before each commercial break is significant. They are a "code". I'm clueless but would be interested if I had a hint or two to get into solving it.
