The premise sounded bad, but that episode was a lot of fun. Glad to see the show do an episode where everyone just got along and had a good time.

I liked how Angela just walked right under the limbo pole. And way to go Kevin.

Didn't care much for this one. A little too weird for my tastes. Still had some moments but the Phyllis thing was REALLY stupid (feeding her carrots like a horse? Really??) and the disco wasn't funny enough to counteract that. I liked Pam and Jim's stuff but the rest of it was pretty poor.

Weakest episode of the season, by far. Which is a shame because they were on a real roll.

The show picked up 1/2 way through.. I was worried that this was going to be one of those Michael buffoon episodes, but when everyone started to dance - the episode became "fun"

I loved the Kelly / Andy dance off.

Wasn't the best episode, but it was just an enjoyable filler. You just have to remember that this is a sitcom, and a silly one at that.

I liked how Michael smiled seeing Angela's leg moving back and forth. That's the type of thing that makes this show.

Creed using a disco ball as a rear view mirror... :)

That's what I was going to say. For the first half, I was thinking it was pretty bad, but I ended up enjoying it. Not one of their "sharper" episodes, but good.

So is she a lesbian? Oscar made a comment about never bringing someone of the same sex before to the office.

That was awesome.

"Now I'll have no idea who's behind me."

The delivery of that line had me

That new receptionist is pretty cute. She seems familiar though, but maybe it's because she sort of looks like the actress who played the blind girl Kenneth liked in that episode of 30 Rock a while back, except she is a brunette and not a red head. Yes, I'm too lazy to check all of this on imdb right now.

Last week's My Name Is Earl flat-out explained why they made a filler episode. It was a nice capper to explain the waste of time.

This episode of The Office was terrible. Absolutely nothing happened.

I'm pretty sure his comment was about inviting a friend to work while at work.

After last week's enjoyable episode, I thought this one was a real disappointment. Additionally, Jim & Pam are really starting to get on my nerves. Well, Pam has been for awhile. Looks like they may be building up to a big wedding episode.

What dance competition? I was just dancing casually with my friends ya'llllllllll.

"...also, this song is fantastic." *starts dancing*

I wouldn't have any problem at all if Dwight and Erin started playing more pranks on Jim and Pam.

She looks like that girl from a youtube video where she's talking about giving dry blowjobs. I can't look for it right now, but that could be where she's from. I think it was done by a comedy team, so it could be her.

I think you're right. I just un-lazied myself enough to look her up on imdb and there is a message board post mentioning something like this on her page. I'm not going to go into that thread at work though ...

Googling her "Ellie Kemper" shows that she is an active improv comedian.

Yeah, I'm totally agreeing with Draven on this one. The whole episode seemed to really have no point, as if they needed to come up with one more show to fill out the season, and this was the best they could do on short notice. Even the little subplot with Jim and Pam seemed forced and inconsequential.

I think it was a pretty weak episode for what has been a good season. It reminded me a lot of Season 4, where there were several episodes filled with similarly contrived quirkiness, and plots that went nowhere.

Although it seems like a throwaway comment...I can see it as a nugget which can give the writers a future plot point. Any character could have said it but with Oscar saying it..and(maybe i'm re-imagining it) didn't the receptionist hold her friend's hand as she pulled her into the room?

Though it may be reading into it too much, it is not that far fetched.

I am glad that I am not the only that thought this episode was pretty bad, and seemed very pointless.

My tastes with regards to The Office are very similar to M.Giant's over at TelevisionWithoutPity and he called it the worst episode ever, so I'm glad I'm not alone too :)

Yes. I posted the video in regard to her in the previous Office episode thread. I guess no one peeked with the NSFW button...

First episode I've ever turned off halfway through. Embarassingly bad.
