I was glad to see them back for a final appearance. I still love Elizabeth Banks, even though the season she was a part of was the beginning of the end. Scott Foley was solid throughout his guest stint.

Now only if we could see Dr. Molly Clock one more time.

I can not believe the number of weiner cousins in Sacred Heart. I also loved Kelso's "You've been served" moment with Cox about Turk's capabilities as a leader.

WTF? I've seen one episode of this season. One. Every time I see one of these threads, it's too late. So I go in my Comcast DVR menu and make sure it's set to record and it's a priority over all other programs. It still does not get recorded. I hate watching TV on my computer, so that's out.

I'm glad the show came back, but Comcast and/or ABC really screwed the pooch on this one.

It records every time for me on Comcast. I'm usually the first to complain about Comcast, but this time I don't think it's their fault :shrug:

I haven't been feeling this season at all, but I loved this episode. Loved seeing Sean back. He and JD had some great back and forths. Just the looks they gave each other alone was enough to get a laugh out of me. Good stuff. :up:

An Ok episode. Keith should have been the Boyfriend although it was nice to see Scott Foley.

I don't believe so. Elliot never cared about Keith the way she cared for Sean. With Keith, it was an act of desperation, grasping aimlessly at the last strands of security within her life.

However, with Sean, it was the first big relationship she'd had in years, with him being present at major turning points in her past (her drastic change in lifestyle via appearance and attitude being the most poignant). So he represents not merely a more actualized version of her consummate being than Keith, but also a sense of continuity for her past, making him more relevent emotionally. As such, him dating Kim carries more weight than if it had indeed been Keith.

IIRC, after Eliot broke off the engagement, he pretended to be all smiley and friendly around the hospital but was still sad on the inside. Eliot finally apologized to him for breaking off the engagement, he said he "really needed to hear that," and we haven't seen him since.

Who cares? That was the worst fucking idea they've ever had on this show, and I say that having seen the season 7 finale.

(Although, FWIW I remember reading somewhere that they killed off Laverne under the presumption that season 6 would be their last season. But when they got a seventh season, they tried to give the actress another role on the show. Since "Nurse Shirley" only appeared in like 2 or 3 episodes, I can only assume they realized it was a really awful idea.)

The character's name was Nurse Shirley - or as J.D. dubbed her "Laverne-again".

The departure (more like disappearance) of the Keith character was both awkward and mishandled. I mean come on... even "Cabbage" had a bigger exit!

Wow. So only three episodes left. And "My Finale" is a two-parter that will be shown back to back. Soon no more Scrubs. :(

I don't think I'm going to "miss" the show too much. I'm looking forward to a fitting finale but after that I'm ok with it ending. I think it's the right time and if they did even one more season it just wouldn't be that good.

Or maybe I won't miss it because I can always rewatch the best seasons on dvd.

I realized this when JD said he needed to move closer to his son. I mean I know that this is the last season and I know that it's getting close to May, but for some reason I hit me that, yep, the show is winding down now.

I'm glad the show was able to go out on its own terms. That's become a rarity in this day and age.

Same here. I'll miss having new episodes, but I'm ok with it since it's going out on it's own terms. I'm really glad I have the DVD sets.

Weiner cousins - Men who slept with the same woman at different times.

Sean and JD are weiner cousins because of Elliot and, now, because of Kim.

Snoop Dog Resident and Dr. Beardface are weiner cousins because of Nurse Roberts.

So either A)Turk and the other person (at another time) both slept with Carla or B)They slept with a different woman and different times.

I thought that was weird too, since during the entire run of the show Turk has only been with Carla. There's no way he cheated on her though, so it has to be something that happened prior to his days at Sacred Heart.
