I would imagine it's easier to keep in shape if you're rich and don't have anything else to do all day except work out.

Go to your local mall and look at some of the 48 year old women there. That automatically puts Bertinelli in the "holy shit" category. And this woman just lost weight. She's not an A-lister Hollywood star. Where she needed to have plastic surgery or lipo to stay in the game and get work. She did it the old fashion way. And sorry, but she looks fantastic.

While I agree that having money makes it easier to stay in shape (healthy eating, gym memberships and trainers aren't cheap), there are MILLIONS of women who fall into this catagory who are a hot mess. Kudos to Bertinelli.
