Like many people in this thread, I've never been ashamed of anything I watch on TV. I guess the closest would be when I got hooked on Dynasty reruns, but I always admit to once loving Dynasty whenever someone mentions it.

"Judge Judy". Sometimes "What Not to Wear". Just because I used to catch the original on BBC once in a while on BBC.

I did think of a current show that some might be ashamed of but I am fine with my position in the world as a man to say I like it: Desperate Housewives.
Also, a couple other shows I guess I feel I may have some 'splainin' to do to say why I like them:
Sex and the City (though I can honestly say I haven't seen the movie but I really did like the TV series)
Powerpuff Girls.
But those I only list because it seems for whatever reason it's assumed that men must be into fashion (and therefore gay) to want to watch Sex and the City and it's assumed you must be a little girl to want to watch the Powerpuff Girls.
Also, a couple other shows I guess I feel I may have some 'splainin' to do to say why I like them:

I'm pretty sure I'm going to be embarrassed to watch the upcoming Harper's Island mini-series, but it looks awesome.
