I enjoyed the episode except for the Baha stuff.

Yeah, it was kinda a weak episode.
The three of them going to the beach to talk Tommy into taking the plea was stupid. Them staying there after they found out it was filled with drunken college kids was stupider. Justin is still dealing with his sobriety and these dimwits do exactly what they aren't supposed to do: surround him w/ alcohol.. And of course, Tommy taking off without facing the music was the icing on the cake.

I thought it seemed like a good way to get rid of Tommy but still leave the door for his character to come back as a guest star. This should create a lot of drama for the rest of the family.
