Can't wait. I'm excited to find out what has gotten Sam to 1973 in the first place!

Yay for Gina Gershon, BOO for Mark Linn-Baker.

Good episode, but it seemed like more of a comedy tonight.

Keitel in that robe. Go Nuts!

Good thing Annie's voice is exactly like the dead woman's!

Re: Life on Mars -- "Coffee, Tea or Annie" -- 3/11/09

Yeah, the voice was a great coincidence. Still, the episode was so much fun that (and the fact that the homless guy was conveniently repeating the same rant when they couldn't find Annie) only bothered me for like a second.

I'm almost 100% sure this show will not end like its UK counterpart. I just have no idea where they're going with this. Is it really over in just three more episodes? Because lately there's been little build up on the mystery of how Sam got there.

Annie slipping comfortably into the Bettie Page role.

Love tonite's ep! ABC is weak.

Almost wish they had gone for a straight 70's cop show and ditched the whole time jump thing. Perhaps more would be watching if they had.

That was fun. Just like the original British episode.

No-nuts looked much better as a brunette.

Shades of SWINGTOWN (short-lived TV series about an airline pilot running swinger parties) - terrific performances by all.

This was a fun one...Keitel in that rob had me crying.

Also Ray rattling off all the names for, uhm, loving thy self, was hysterical. Then Keitel coming in with "paddling the canoe" put me on the floor.

As far as the dead stewardess being the one from the cover of the magazine he dreampt of as a kid...

leads into my theory that he is in a coma and all of this is a dream. Kind of like how St. Elsewhere ended, though that one was more of a shock since there were no clues as you went along.

Re: Life on Mars -- "Coffee, Tea or Annie" -- 3/11/09

It's a great show, but with only 3 eps. left it feels like there's way too few crumbs on what's actually going on, i.e. 97% self-contained episode with only a hint of why he's in the 70s at the end. Hopefully they'll pick up the pace on that...

Especially the moustaches. When did they become shorthand for swinger?

Great adaptation of the UK episode with more than enough changes that this was fairly different. Really sucks there are only a few episodes left.

Wow, I'm stunned. I didn't think this would ever see the light of day. They must have cut some deal before hand with the music rights.
