Synopsis:

Spoiler:

Crews and Reese investigate the shooting of a retired NASA pilot, compiling a list of suspects that includes the man's son and business partner. The case takes a turn when they discover the pilot had planned to pay millions to the Russians for a trip to space. Elsewhere, Tidwell hopes to spark Crews' memory of who shot him.

A few notes unrelated to this episode:

It appears that NBC cut 1 episode off the full season order. We are now getting 21.

Sarah Shahi announced she is 4 months pregnant. Don't know if that will affect the remainder of this season.

In honor of Crews' fruit fetish, I say this in reference to the shows return:

I'm glad the show is back, but I don't hold much hope for it's long term future. Next week it airs up against American Idol, Lost, and Criminal Minds. Good luck!

Funny watching Logue's hair go from dry to greaser every other scene.

And ICK! Not a fan of who will be joining the show.

I missed the Shahi.

I love this show. I watched it before two of my other favorites, 'Lost' and 'Life on Mars.'

I enjoyed seeing Crews give the bullet back. That was nice of him.

I agree. Love the music they use on this show. Besides the quirkiness of Crews, that's one of the things that makes this stand out from other procedurals.

I agree. A few weeks back I bought honeyhoney's album based on Life's use of the song "Little Toy Gun." Turned out to be a solid album all the way through.

Also, it was nice to see Skip Muck and Capt. Winters together again tonight! Michael Cudlitz, who played Bull Randleman in "Band of Brothers" has also been on Life. Has anybody else from "Band of Brothers" shown up that I'm forgetting?

he, Cudlitz seems to do a lot of TV. Was also just on CSI.
and he's been on Lost, Criminial Minds, CSI NY etc etc

I haven't seen this show in a while - does he still really like fruit? That shit was just crazy!

I gave up on this after an episode or two, but since I just finished Band of Brothers, I am thinking about watching a few more episodes to see if it draws me in. Are the episodes self-contained, or is there more of a continuing plot throughout them (I am assuming that he is still trying to find out who put him in jail?)

There's an underlying plot. Some episodes it plays more of a part than others.

Every plot is pretty much stand alone, so you probably could jump in and watch now. However, the overall story arc of Crews trying to find the guys who framed him still lingers.

I also liked that he asked for it back afterwards. Also nice to see Ted not be afraid anymore.

Good episode. No scenes with Donal Logue and Sarah Shahi making it made it even before. Again, the music in this episode was great.

Charlie giving the bullet back was great. Good to see Ted have some balls for a change.

Good first episdoe back. The case-of-the-week was interesting, and not obvious (at least to me). I also enjoyed the parts about the larger story line. I was surprised his ex didn't come visit him in the hospital.

Where was the husband from? I know I've seen him in another series, but I can't place it.
