I liked the 2nd episode better. Its actually kind of cute to see Ted fall in love. I liked the song that they sang together.

What's up with so many cast members missing in episodes? I know it was supposed to be 2 episodes each person or something like that but.... Is their budget that low? They keep trying to involve them even when they are gone but it ends being really lame plus Kelso showing up no matter when he's retired is starting to get annoying even tho I love his character. So far it's been a good season with these problems besides tonight episodes but it still pisses me off....

Yes... well... you do know that the price of a show increases pretty much every season after the initial contracts have ended right? Every year they have to be paid more than the last to stay on. The agreement they had to make in order to bring everyone back was to cut everyone out of 2 episodes.

The first episode was okay, the second episode is my favorite of this season so far. Maybe even of the last few. I loved the JD/Janitor truce and the pep talk in the break room. The Gum & Tonic sounds delicious.

Both were good but were the weakest of the season.

My New Role establishes that Dr. Cox is the new Dr. Kelso and that J.D. is the new Dr. Cox. 
I also hope that Ed is "fired" for good and not "fired" under Scrubs' definition. He may have been funny but he didn't give a lick about medicine at all.
