Musashi TV series 2003 (49 eps)

Has anyone seen the NHK Taiga series Musashi with 49 episodes?
It's based on Yoshikawa's Musashi novel from beginning to end. I heard it's kinda accurate to the novel.
Musashi is often considered the greatest swordsman of all-time. So I was pretty hyped up when I first heard about this series being adapted from the novel.

(From AsianMediaWiki)
Now, the story of this legendary swordsman-philosopher-painter comes to life in the 2003 NHK Taiga Drama "Miyamoto Musashi." Based on the famous biography written by Yoshikawa Eiji, this year's drama boasts a list of stars that reads like a Who's Who of screen and television. Among them: Fujita Makoto, Emori Toru, Nakamura Kankuro, Nakamura Tamao, Miyazawa Rie, Watase Tsunehiko, Takashima Masanobu, Tsutsumi Shin'ichi, and Katase Rino.

(From wikipedia)
Miyamoto Musashi (宮本 武蔵, Miyamoto Musashi?), was a Japanese swordsman famed for his duels and distinctive style. Musashi, as he was often simply known, became legendary through his excellent swordsmanship in numerous duels, even from a very young age. He was the founder of the Hyōhō Niten Ichi-ryū or Niten-ryū style of swordsmanship and the author of The Book of Five Rings (五輪書, Go Rin No Sho?), a book on strategy, tactics, and philosophy that is still studied today.

If you're into samurai novels or swordplay drama, you should definitely check this series out.
