While there is an ongoing storyline, the main plot of each episode is pretty much self contained.

It shouldn't take to long to catch up with the character quirks, though there will almost certainly be references to events in past episodes that you won't get.

I think you can. There is a arc for the season but each show is mostly a show onto itself. You should be able to put it all together.

Tuesday's at 9pm after American Idol. You can also check out Hulu.com. They may have 3-4 past episodes still available for free.

It's funny how alot of the posters here were bashing the show left and right and hated the pilot. But, now that the show is getting more profiled and the threads are getting more comments and hits, they all of the sudden want in on the action now.

I guess you're speaking of the "this is my last episode" crowd? Yeah the weekly threads were no fun at the beginning of the season.

LOL! So they have improved? I stopped reading them because I was tired of trying to discuss the show and ending up trying to defend it from all the bashing. Maybe I should return.

Why would you only want to watch Some episodes? Either you like it or you don't.

Huh? I don't recall ever bashing the show. Its a cool show. Its not the best thing on TV but its watchable.

I was speaking in general Larry. When the 1st 2-3 episodes aired, there were alot of posters in this forum bashing the show saying shit like....

"Anna Torv sucks" "Quickly losing interest" "The acting sucks" "The characters weren't engaging" etc.

Wow change "Anna Torv" to "Ali Larter", and you've got yourself a Heroes thread! ;)

Unfortunately, there wasn't anyone calling people out like what happened in the Heroes's 2nd season where people were posting bitchy posts and saying "I'm done" only to find them griping again in subsequent weeks' threads.-ohbfrank-

Well Anna Torv is to me the weak point of the show. But I still enjoy it. She is boring and a bit to manly for me. In the show.

Maybe it's just me but I would be confused. Glad I watched the first 10 episodes on the show's site.

I'd agree. Even with the heavy handed recap this episode I would suspect most would be lost coming on board at this point.

I have kept watching after being underwhelmed at first. It has gotten better, but still not something I would be mourning if it was gone.
