30 mins in, and this has been solid so far. Nice nod showing KITT's scanner orange, like the original KARR.

Ok KITT was in Halo. Lame.

...like a poor marksman, you keep missing the target.

Not bad. I wish the KARR fight was longer, but it was still good. Too bad this wasn't the 2nd or 3rd episode, to get things rolling quicker. Good to see FLAG coming back, so hopefully the last few episodes are good.

I know in reality with the budget cut, thats why the fight was short. But I guess in storyline, KARR rolled out before he was finished, and didn't have enough armor for the fight.

Great beginning with Sarah! :drool: Decent middle. The Xbox mini-subplot was lame. The fight with KARR was too short! :( It was great hearing Cullen but for the most part it sounded like they just gave him a bunch of lines to say so they could play it over the fight. Still, KARR was awesome! :up:

I would have stayed at the beach with Sarah.

KARR being some kind of supertransformer. -rolleyes- Then the fight was practically over before it began.

The best part of the episode besides Sarah in a bikini was the kid calling the nerdy guy 'douche.'

Peter Cullen was about the only good thing in this episode
and Karr was pretty weak

I actually had a good laugh when they make a point during the fight to mention that KITT is too weak (because his nano-skin wasn't working) to take a headon assault from the much stronger KARR. Yet all that was needed was to harpoon the hatch off and turbo boost into KARR. :lol:

If this show continues, KARR better come back. I wish they'd get the Hoff back so we can see classic and new KITT take on KARR. Hell, bring back classic KARR too.

I'm really liking the new direction the show is taking. They got rid of the deadweight and they're keeping it simple and old school.

Even with this new direction, I think the chances this gets a 2nd season are slim to none. Especially with Leno eating up 5 hours of the weekday schedule and NBC slashing costs.

who do they take orders from?

are they like mini-ctu with chloe, bill, tony, jack in a basement?

I guess they take orders from Sarah since with her fathers death she inherited FLAG and all the KI money.

they were obviously limited in the KARR fight with the special fx budget cos it was insanely short and after all this KARR build up, very disappointing

otherwise ep was very good

i like the idea of a group of young mavericks with all this money and technology doing what they see fit

If this show miraculously gets a second season, I want to see the return of GOLIATH!

Finally got around to watching this last night. Probably the best of the re-boot episodes thus far. Thank God they got rid of Alex Torrez. I like Yancy Arias as an actor, but I thought he was terrible in this role. He was so over the top at times.

The Big KITT vs KARR showdown vs sooooo damn short. Once the show was hitting the 50 minute mark, I was getting worried. The scene lasted less than 2 minutes. It was really good hearing Cullen's voice.

Sarah looked really in this episode. The bikinis and the short black dress looked awesome on her. If Knight Rider doesn't get a 2nd season, I hope we'll be seeing her on something else next fall.

Finally a little bit of continuity from the old series. I was very pleased to hear Dr. Graiman's video bring up the Foundation for Law and Government and Wilton Knight.

Sarah in a bikini was hot. I thought that using Cullen's voice to portray a transforming KARR was a nice touch. Loved the mention of FLAG, almost as much as the mntion of Miles and Bonnie earlier in teh season, I think soemone's cover was Bonnie Miles. The final fight was way too short, though. should have been much longer.

I thought this show was cancelled? Are they just buring off episodes.
What are all the people here going to do for titlation after it is gone?

No, it's not cancelled yet. NBC just reduced the episode order from 22 to 17, which is obviously not a good sign either.
