Really looking forward to Psych, it's easily one of the most FUN shows on TV. Don't care for Monk.

Speaking of Burn Notice, last night wrapped up the first season of The Pretender and noticed Jeffrey Donovan in the season finale. I have to say damn does that guy age well. It was over ten years ago and he looked younger, but I was surprised to see he's 40 now.

Loved both Monk and Psych, but Psych definitely brought the laughs a lot more.

I don't care for Monk so much anymore, now that it is more about putting Monk in funny, or different, situations than it is about the actual case. In the early days it balanced these 2 perfectly but rarely does these days.

Hopefully they'll pull out the stops in Monk's final season, because the show ceased being great a long time ago. :(

Psych has gotten better in the sense that Gus isnt a whiny bitch so much but I still hate the chief and Jules is getting airheaded. I dont buy her as a cop for a second.

Monk has been lame for years. Im glad its ending. Now theyre putting shit that bothers him that never bothered him before. Like the Xmas ep, he hated Natalie eating out of his dishes. Yet Sharona could freely. Point is, his OCD is full of holes.

I saw Psych on Hulu yesterday...

It's weird to realize how much you miss a show when you see it again. I can't wait for Lost for the same reason...

I was behind on watching this and I think it had easily one of my favourite Psych lines ever was when Gus and Shawn were inside the boat:

"Dude, it's like 'Out of Sight' only super gay". AWESOME.

I can't find any other more recent Monk threads, so I'll ask here: is Monk finished for the first part of this season? I know that the second half of this season (which is the end of the series) will air over the summer, but I wasn't sure if it is over now. If so, I am assuming that Psych is following the same pattern?

I don't know about Monk but Psych's finale aired last week. It will be back in the summer. I assume both shows follow a similar schedule.

This WAS the second half of the season. Season 7 is now over, and season 8 will begin airing in the summer-- probably July.

Has Monk been good? I lost interest after season 4. I've seen some more recent episodes, but I haven't enjoyed them much, sadly. :(

Just finished watching the episode "Mr. Monk Fights City Hall". The bit with the hot dog vendors was a classic.
