Thought the episode was good. Lots of funny moments in the episode. Loved Salma and the twins. Liked Tracey's gold shoes, and the fact that he sent Jack a pair.

I just read in the "nbc renews" thread that 30 Rock had it's 4 highest rated episodes ever this season. I jumped for joy until I realized those were probably the episodes with the "guest stars". Now I love Selma, but I can do without the others. I know this has been hashed in other threads, but I'm sure the true 30 Rock fans cringe to think it was because of the "stars". I thought those episodes were the weakest and lacked in the creativity that I think makes the show what it is.

Also, is it just me, or is the show focusing less and less on the writing staff? This season, I feel like I've only seen glimpses of Frank and haven't even seen Josh, Toofer, or any of the other writers. Or Cerie.
