Anyone else having sound issues (I'm just getting the effects - car, sitar - but no dialogue)? The first half of the episode was fine.

Maybe it's just my affiliate.

I thought the same thing Angela though at the end, that she didn't have the balls to do it. Ohhh man.

Poor Andy! He's a moron but he doesn't deserve this...

I thought that this was the weakest episode in a while. It didn't even feel like they were trying to be funny. I did love the African-American Princess Unicorn (AAPU?) surprise, though. It's probably not a good idea to focus an entire episode on Phyllis and Meredith, who are probably the most one note characters (and weakest actors) on the show. I thought this and 30 Rock were both weak this week, which is a disappointment considering their amazing episodes last week.

It probably didn't help that my NBC station was running a banner under the shows for the entire hour, which apparently they needed to cancel the HD feed for. Here's what my TV looked like:

Funny how this show hits different viewers. I thought it was one of the worst they've had. It seems each week that people tend to love or hate each episode, but almost never are unanimous about it. Nice that they can find humor that appeals so broadly.

Finally? This season has been near perfection.

Great episode, a really strong season so far.

Loved the opening very funny. I loved when Micheal threw the pen at Toby, didn't expect it, laughed out loud there. Loved Toby's Face when he seen the Doll. Liked Dwights Reaction during the announcement.

corporate sent out some cheap christmas gifts this year compared to 2 years ago with the terry cloth robes. perhaps because of all the money Ryan lost them?
