I thought that the only reason Jan and Michael had to sign those corp forms about their relationship was because one was reporting directly to the other one (although I know that Jim tried to give Toby similar papers when he and Pam started dating). As HR apparently doesn't even fall under Michael's authority (much to his chagrin when Toby was around), I wonder how big of a deal it is.

If Michael hasn't been fired by this point, especially with the complaints from the departing second-office workers, he's not going to be. But I can see them using the logic above to transfer Holly somewhere else.

Agree with much of the foregoing... another good episode, as the other episodes this season have been. It was good to see Roy again, as I think he's an interesting (and understated) character. I also liked seeing David Wallace for the same reason, and the twist he added to the ending was very cool. I am interested to see where that plot point goes.
Well, at least until the next episode airs.

Kevin was great ... we haven't seen enough of him in the past few episodes. I always enjoyed his Talking Head bits.

My personal theory is that Holly will be gone (due to the five episode contract rumor) and won't appear again until the finale, where she'll show up, pregnant.
(This time with Michael's real child)
