Well having seen the first few minutes of this episode thanks to the diabolically evil genius of Eric Kripke who opted to show that rather than a highlight reel at comic-con - I've been waiting too long to see what happens after the commerical break.
As for the comment above:

Amazing opening episode, it was nice to see SN looking dark again, Dean was brought back to life by an Angel, Ruby is still alive but in a different body, the actress did a much better job then kate Cassidy ever did, and psychic Sam is back. Season four is off to a great start.

The opening with Dean and Bobby was great, loved Bobby splashing him with holy water, as was Dean's reunion with his car and what Sam had done to it.
Should be interesting to see where they are going with Dean and the angel.

This episode was AMAZING!!
Does anyone else thing their setting up a Dean vs. Sam season? Dean has an angel on his side guiding him for some work he needs to do while Sam is listening to a demon and using his (perhaps demonically influenced) powers. Either way, can't wait.

Very good start to the season. The only spoilers I had read were those posted in this thread and they had me set up for disappointment, but after that final scene I'm totally on board. First impressions are that I don't like the new Ruby actress as much as the old one, but can't make a final call because she only had a few lines. Great music, loved the opening montage. Also really liked the first scene with Bobby, the seance, the boys in the diner and final scene.
