Was that the episode where they find out Silver's been avoiding staying at her home due to the mom, and later Kelly takes Silver home and confronts the mom? Can't say I have been paying careful attention to this show anymore at that point since its blandness works against investing into as much, but I'll check it out again. Then again, I really can't remember much about Mel Silver and Jackie in the original series.

They had a daughter named Erin. That's pretty much all that needs to be known to put it together.

90210 -- "Model Behavior" -- 9/30/08

Synopsis:

Spoiler:

Annie attends a fashion show her mom is photographing, where she's approached by a film producer who offers her and Adrianna an audition. Meanwhile, Naomi tries to reunite her parents; and Kelly is contacted by an old pal who has her second-guessing her relationship with Ryan.

Who's still hanging on to watching this?

SexualPudding 09-30-08 04:43 PM

I am, but barely. Honestly, it is a real shitty show, yet somehow I keep watching. Shenae Grimes is going to change that for me real soon, though.

Gizmo 09-30-08 05:21 PM

90210 with some $1.25 Rubio Fish Tacos is my Tuesday night. Sad isn't it?

Still...its decent.

Red Dog 09-30-08 05:25 PM

I'll keep watching the trainwreck. There's nothing else I watch at 8 pm.

JB7 09-30-08 07:26 PM

I read somewhere that the old Gilmore Girls writers were signed onto this project. Maybe they can help turn the ship around. Dunno though.

stingermck 09-30-08 07:33 PM

Mmmm tasty Dylan drama. Is this Shannen's last ep?

jpb07 09-30-08 08:38 PM

...And now we know how they are writing Jennie out of the show while keeping it open for her in the future. I may be the only one here who never really gave a crap about any of the storylines with the old crew.

Ranger 09-30-08 08:54 PM

Meh, I thought it was a good episode. I'm enjoying the series.

Gizmo 09-30-08 11:21 PM

Jennie will be back... I wouldn't worry too much about that.

Timber 10-01-08 07:10 AM

Featured way too much of the off the 2 people that kill this show for me, Naomi and Adrianna. The sooner they write these 2 out the better.

Red Dog 10-01-08 07:29 AM

Hmmm. I actually liked this episode.

Me, too. It's certainly not as bad as most here are making it out to be, and no worse than many of the shows it is similar to that are still airing. As has also been stated countless times, this show is only a handful of episodes into it's first season. It's still trying to figure itself out as to what's working and what's not and where it's ultimately going to be successful. It's by no means perfect, but to me, still worth hanging around for the ride to see where it'll end up. Compared to the original series first season run around the same time frame, it's just as good, if not better.

I very much agree with what your saying, I think the episodes have gotten better as they have gone along.

Timber 10-01-08 04:56 PM

Don't get me wrong, I really like the show. There are 2 things that I can't stand on the show though and both were featured this week.

90210 -- "Hollywood Forever" -- 10/7/08

Not much new programming on Tuesday because of the Debate.

Synopsis:

Spoiler:

Naomi makes a regretful choice regarding Adrianna's out-of-control drug use; Annie and Ethan care for a baby for a class assignment; and Dixon and Silver's friendship deepens. Elsewhere, Harry's high-school girlfriend hires a detective to find their son. Adrianna: Jessica Lowndes. Tracy: Christina Moore.

mdc3000 10-07-08 07:53 AM

I'll be watching tonight but if this ep is as tired as the last 3 have been, I'm out.

fujishig 10-07-08 12:37 PM

Finally watched this ep. Found it a little odd that Silver was ranting so heavily against the "unrealistic expectations" the models put on young girls...

DJariya 10-07-08 01:19 PM

Yeah if there is any show that I would consider dropping it would be this. I'm hanging in as long as I can, but if my Tivo starts getting backed up, this would get cleared out 1st.

Doughboy 10-07-08 02:40 PM

I think Grey's Anatomy is at the top of my "Dump" list. But 90210 is right behind. I think I'm only sticking with One Tree Hill because I've been watching it for so long.

Bluelitespecial 10-07-08 08:17 PM

I was happy to see Adrianna OD at the end.

riley_dude 10-07-08 11:30 PM

I love reading all the positive reviews each week on this show.

Did she or was that part of the movie she was in (I assume she did OD...but who knows)

Timber 10-08-08 08:47 AM

Come on, enough of the Naomi, Adrianna stuff. Can't stand either one.
