Word of warning: If you don't want to find out the season finale episode title, don't go to NBC's The Office website!

Last week's episode was a bit of letdown compared to the previous episodes, but it was still good.

You can count on Michael stepping in it deep as he tries to communicate with his representative (Stanely) from the black community.

I just heard Leslie David Baker do a radio interview. It's amazing how different he seems from Stanley -- he's just a cheerful, happy sounding guy in real life.

Michael saying "That what's she said" despite have his head buried in the cement was golden.

I think Ryan and Toby teaming up to smack Jim around will come back and kick their ass, karma wise.

I was hoping that we would get a scene with Pam trying to transfer a call or something and not do it right, say transferring a call from a horny Jan to Kevin instead of Michael.

The scene with Michael at the end is one of the reasons why, despite being who he is, he's one of the best realized characters on television.

Pamela Morgan Beesley? Were her parents fans of Morgan Freeman?

Excellent episode tonight. By far the strongest episode of this season so far, back to the pitch perfect tone of classic The Office.

Good to see Daryl again, with his description of "gang" protocols. Scenes between him and Michael are always great. We don't seem to get as many visits to the warehouse after Roy was written out of the show, which is too bad, because those scenes have historically been pretty good.

I liked seeing Ryan chewing out Jim, and the reveal that perhaps Toby was behind it. That was a good scene that gave all of their characters a little more realistic texture.

The final Stanley-Michael scene was also terrific. It reminded me of back when the show did a better job of incorporating smaller and more uncontrived moments in the characters interactions that gave it so much of its "heart." Good stuff there.

And all of the other little comic subplots worked well for me, too - Dwight getting back at Andy, Pam having to wear her "ugly" glasses. Just overall a really good episode.

I am now also of the popular opinion that the show is at its best when it stays within the normal office setting and the plots are built around the mundane everyday occurrences in that setting.

If Dwight's "Mad Lib" wasn't his best talking head ever, it's at least top three.

Normally Dwight's TH where he sings himself some background music (with bonus wifebeater Dwight) would be tops, but not this night.

Kevin with Pam and the whole librarian thing had me rolling. I was so expecting to see Michael try 'fluffy fingers' on Stanley.

I think it was Dwight..."Put it in as deep and hard as you can", or something like that.

Great, great episode and probably my favorite of the season.
Plenty of laughs from start to finish.
