Doctor Who and Sliders
 

Here is a question to sci fi fans, particular to both the Doctor Who and Sliders TV series.

Comparing both The Kromaggs (who have shown they can travel to alternate realities) and The Time Lords (who not only have mastery over time, but it was also mention in the new series that they could travel between parallel realities with ease)

So here is a what if question, what would happen if The Kromaggs slided into a universe where The Time Lords exist.

This might prove to be an interesting topic.

Well, the Cromaggs would not stand a chance. In the new series of Dr. Who, whenever an alien race realizes that the Doctor is a Time Lord, there reaction is less than favorable, meaning the Aliens get terrified.

The Cromaggs are an evolutionary dead end. The Time Lords would just outlast them.

This is not true. In the two part season finale in season 2 (new version), the Doctor CROSSES into a parallel reality due to a rift he accidently created. The final result is to seal that rift, essentially stranding Rose, Mickey and Jackie in the alternate universe to which the Doctor can never return.

It was stated in the very same two-parter that travel between parallel dimensions was easy...when the Time Lords were still around. Impossible now that they're not.. What the Doctor did in that story was a one-time fluke.

But back to the original question. Old school Time Lords without a doubt. Without breaking a sweat, they'd be able to time loop the Cromaggs out of existence, which is what they did to another race in a classic episode.
