My sister reminded me of some scene from a tv show from my childhood 80s early 90s about a school where a kid brings in a bunch of cupcakes for his birthday and some bully takes a couple and knocks them on the floor or something and everyone feels really bad for the kid and puts the cupcakes back in the box. Maybe it's a movie. I remember it made me feel really bad, which is also driving crazy. Sorry for being so vague.

It was a scene from "I Spit On Your Grave"...

actually, my sister and I were able to figure out it was this made for Disney movie "Perfect Harmony." Anyway, David Faustino is in the movie, so this thread is not a whole loss.
