the Ned guy from Pushing Daisies. He would touch me, I would get up, tell him who murdered me and run away and get on a plane as far away from him as I could.

Tru Davies

I would be in the morgue, ask her for help, and she would relive the day thus saving me from my murder.

And she's purty.

I was tempted to change my vote to Margie from Fargo after seeing her pic, because she won't even let a few labor pains keep her from getting her man.

However, I've decided to switch my vote to Eliot Ness. He & his Untouchables would mow down every possible suspect in a blaze of tommy-gun fire and then sort 'em out later. Therefore, I know they'd get the right person.

Of course, they have an advantage over modern cops since they worked in an era in which "Miranda" was the cigarette girl at the local speakeasy.

Also, I figured Ness deserved a few props since he hadn't been mentioned.

If Ness' team wasn't available, I'd go with the unit from Crime Story, who operated under similar unrestricted conditions.

The picture has to be big so you can get idea of the massive size of his HEAD. Although scale of this is still only 1"=2'

Do I have to pick a TV detective? Because I was going to say Nancy Grace. I hate her and I could go down to CNN and punch her in the face, but that woman is tenacious when she gets on a subject of murder and never gives up.

Lieutenant Frank Drebin! Haha, that would be awesome. Or Inspector Gadget.

Really, I'd want Gene Hunt and Sam Tyler working on the case. They are excellent together.
