It got around 3M viewers last week, so I pretty much expect the same this week. 3M-4M viewers seems pretty normal for a CW show.

Torrey DeVitto, Michaela McManus, and Kelly Lintz are all fine.
Kinda makes up for no Danneel Harris or Bevin Prince I guess.

K-fed didn't say a whole lot, but I thought he did alright, its nice to see that Nathan is going to start cleaning himself up in the next few episodes (GET A HAIRCUT), and I was kind of shocked at the end to see it was Brooke's Mom who was her CEO. This season is off to a good start.

I wouldn't have been as surprised by Princess Vespa being Brooke's mom had the two actresses bore any resemblance to one another. But that's something you have to accept with TV shows and movies, especially One Tree Hill. I'm still trying to figure out why Lucas and his nephew look absolutely nothing like their respective parents.

No comment on K-Fed. He didn't suck(at least when he wasn't singing), but he also didn't have much to do this episode. God help us if they have him become a love interest for Peyton.

In the end, I'm still watching this show because 1) there's nothing else on and 2) the women are smoking hot.

Good episode. I'm liking how they are atleast semi-realistically keeping the characters together in Tree Hill. And the interactions between the characters are being played off nicely. But they need some lighthardness in the show - which is usually when things are best!

I figured that Jamie got his blonde hair from crazy grandma Deb. Lucas also might have gotten his blonde locks from one of his grandparents (I know we saw Dan's dad and mom show up, can't remember the hair color of Dan's mom, as Gerald McRainey is balding up top). Not sure if we've ever see Karen's parents before.

Genetic makeup/exterior characteristics via DNA are usually dependent upon Grandparents and not parents. In my Human Genome/DNA class last year we learned that eye/hair color, bone structure, and metabolism all comes from genetic markers from your parent's parents. So Jaime could look just like one of his grandparents, same with nathan. Plus Nephues/uncles don't normally looking THAT alike anyway, and Luke/Nate are only half brothers...

I didn't see Princess Vespa being Brooke's mom. Actually, at first when she called her "mother" I thought she did it to be a bitch to her for ordering her around. Then I figured it out. lol.

I thought this episode felt like the OTH I've come to expect. It was pretty fun all around. The whole Mouth thing...I didn't think he'd actually listen to Skillz..haha

So is Dan going to be up to his old ways sooner or later? We gotta have that or this show will be missing something.

yeah is it getting worse? it seems like there is always one playing in the background. it didn't seem as frequent in earlier seasons. or maybe they were just better placed back then. the led zep song at the end of season three.....OOoOOoOoooOo

I thought it was a pretty good episode. I'm currently 2 episodes into season 3 on DVD, but I totally do not feel lost at all watching the 1st 3 episodes of season 5.

I was surprised that the CEO turned out to be Mrs. Davis.

I was also surprised that K-Fed didn't bug me at all this episode.

The stuff with Mouth and his boss was definitely very weird.

Is Tric still owned by Karen? I'm surprised that Paul Johansson is still listed in the credits as a regular.
