Name your top 10 shows that you hate being strike-shortended

For me in no particular order:

1. 24 (not airing at all)
2. Lost: The 8 episodes will go by really fast.
3. Desperate Housewives
4. Brothers & Sisters
5. CSI
6. Heroes
7. Battlestar Galactica
8. House
9. Life (especially since it got a full season)
10. Smallville

Honorable mention: Chuck (since it got a full season), Medium, Prison Break and CSI:NY

Pushing Daisies.

I might start missing a few other shows in another year or so.

Ten? I've only got three: Heroes, House, & The Office. Jericho's season isn't shortened by the strike, so it doesn't count here.

The only strike affected show I watch is Heroes. And to be honest, I'm not really upset at all.

The other show would be The Office, but I wait for those to come out on DVD before seeing them. So, eventually it will catch up.

Yeah, we have 3 whopping episodes left. I heard the X-Mas episode airs January 29th. I'm also pissed the strike killed the special 2-part episode that was going to air Super Bowl Sunday and continue that Tuesday. Instead we're getting just a normal episode Super Bowl Sunday.

LOST and Office. Heroes was starting to get better and the recent promo for Vol. 3 makes it look incredible.

No need to shout. I wouldn't categorize a daily talk show as something that would be "strike-shortended." Didn't you hear it's coming back in January with no writers.

That's about it. Heroes Season 2 was a disaster. That show can rot in hell for all I care. Gossip Girl is a guilty pleasure, but I can live without it.

Well, pretty much everything I watch. I mean, it's not like there are shows I watch where I think "Oh good. I like this show 12 episodes a season, but not the full 24 episodes a season."

That said, this season I really enjoyed Heroes, Pushing Daisies, Dirty Sexy Money, the Office, 30 Rock, Chuck, Reaper, Earl, and How I Met Your Mother.

On the plus side, the strike let us get the last three episodes of Journeyman and increases the odds of a renewal from zero to extremely unlikely, so at least there's that.

For me...

Lost
24
Prison Break
CSI: Miami
CSI: New York
Medium
(wonder how many new episodes they actually have written since it is due to air next month)

However, this strike will actually give the chance to catch up on shows that I have yet to watch, and for those that might be around when the strike ends and stuff s on the go again, at least I'll be caught up.

First up I'm ashamed to admit is the 7 odd seasons of 'CSI' I have to watch since I opted for 'NY' & 'Miami' first
