So we are comparing each show this season to it's last season. So obviously new shows can't be included. Here are my thoughts at this point in the tv season

Smallville - Better
Supernatural - Better
Prison Break - Worse
Desp Housewives - Better
South Park - Better
Simpsons - Worse
Numbers - Worse
Two and a half men - Better
My name is Earl - Better
Everybody hates Chris - Worse
How i met your mother - Better
Las Vegas - Worse
Stargate Atlantis - Worse
Friday Night lights - Worse
House - Better
Til Death - Better
Shark - Better

Heroes - Worse
How I Met Your Mother -Better
The Office - Worse
My Name is Earl - Better
South Park - The same

Heroes - Hard to say worse, but if season 1 was a 10, season 2 is a 8.5 so far.
The Office - Same
Prison Break - Worse - Dropped it
South Park - Same
Numbers - Same
My name is Earl - unsure but losing interest
How I Met Your Mother - Better
House - Hard to be better than the best! Continues to be excellent
Til Death - Better
The Unit - Better
Bones - Same
30 Rock - Same (excellent!)
CSI - Same
CSI NY - Worse (getting progressively hokier as the seasons go on)
Criminal Minds - Same (Was worried when Mandy left, but Fat Tony is alright)
Family Guy - Worse (just losing interest)
Scrubs - Same


Man I watch a lot of tv.. and that's just the returning shows.
