Maybe a new writer can get Hiro out of fantasyland and back to reality. That storyline is the weakest of them all this season.

On the other hand, with the SAG and DGA contracts expiring in 2008, it's probably not in the producers' interest to let WGA drag on too long lest they find themselves in a 3-on-1 negotiation. |

My guess is that they'll either settle this within 2 weeks or just before the actors and directors strike.

the late night shows are going to reruns. they're not even going to try. wimps :lol:
But maybe these shows do want to help the writers that way by putting more pressure on the companies. |

I thought it was funny that the actors had to go through a BUNCH of auditions before landing the role - one for the creators, one for the studio and one for the network (since I think the buck should stop at the creators).
I wonder if the scripts have to pass that sort of scrutiny? |
