Lost's Daniel Dae Kim Arrested on DUI Charge

Daniel Dae Kim is the latest Lost actor to be arrested for DUI, according to the Honolulu Advertiser.

Kim, who plays Jin-Soo Kwon on the ABC hit, was arrested around 3 a.m. Thursday morning for allegedly driving drunk in Hawaii, where the show is filmed.

Details of the arrest have not yet been released. However, the actor was booked at the Honolulu Police station and was released at 5:05 a.m. after posting bail. Kim was ushered to a silver SUV by two police officers as he left the station. He did not comment, according to the newspaper. (Click here to see video of Kim's release.)

Lost's Past Troubles
Other Lost stars busted while in Hawaii have included Cynthia Watros and Michelle Rodriguez, who were both arrested for DUI. Watros pleaded guilty to drunk driving last January and Rodriguez briefly went to jail in April after pleading guilty to the DUI charge against her.

Other difficulties have plagued the stars of Lost:

• Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje was arrested for a driving without a license, in 2006, though the charges were later dropped.

• Josh Holloway and his wife were robbed at gunpoint in their Honolulu home in 2005.

• Evangeline Lilly's rented home in Kailua, Hawaii was destroyed by a fire last December.

That sucks! I've always liked Jin. He'll be missed. :brickwl2:

What is it with the cast on Lost? Somebody should post a memo to all cast and crew to not drink and drive.

What? I doubt that means he's off the show.

Everybody else with any sort of moving violation we have heard about has been killed off, right?

Yep, the producer takes traffic laws very seriously. With this DUI, Jin's fate is sealed.

Maybe Hurley can have a new girlfriend now in Sun.

I honestly don't believe they'll get rid of him. But he would be the exception.

Can't ABC hire drivers for these people?

I'm starting to think these LOST actors are doing this on purpose to get kicked off the show. Same for the Bengals players!

I never realized that Hawaii was so boring that you have to drink constantly.

I saw this on TMZ: The TV Show, this morning and they were joking about how he’ll be the next to go! Maybe the Actors are drinking because they can't figure out the scripts either.

Wow. The Lost cast is the most dangerous thing to hit Hawaii since Pearl Harbor. I'd be afraid to drive with those morans sharing the road. :lol:

He's a great character now. The first 2 seasons he acted like he had a corn cob up his ass.

Remind not to drink and drive in Hawaii.

jin isn't going anywhere.
